The radio campaign, ‘Empowering Adolescents and Youth through Community Radios in Odisha’, was assisted by Young India and UNICEF. The key message on issues related to violence against children, child marriage, sanitation, immunization, adolescent health, complementary feeding and education were delivered through this campaign. Both broadcasting and narrowcasting activities were organized under the project, reaching around 135000 people in Sambalpur.
